How long will it take to dispatch my order?
The Fonz team will aim to dispatch your order same-business-day, however may take up to two business days to dispatch your order. If you have bought items that are on backorder, we will contact you to confirm whether or not to dispatch parts in stock first (additional shipping charges may apply), or to wait until your whole order is ready to dispatch.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You as the customer decide this by selecting your preferred shipping option upon checkout.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect part?

What I ordered wasn't what I needed/ I ordered the wrong part, what can I do?
Please contact us at support@fonzmoto.com, we in some circumstances will agree to credit parts returned to our Alexandria warehouse if you discuss the matter with us promptly. Please do not book the return shipment of items without confirming with FONZ first, your item(s) may be received and not actioned if you have not contacted us.
Do you ship overseas?
Not via this B2B portal, if you need to order parts from overseas please contact us at support@fonzmoto.com
Not every item has an image, how do I know what part to buy?
Our team is working hard to load images for all our available parts, however this is a large project that may take a few months to complete. If you are uncertain of which part you need to order based on the website description, please contact support@fonzmoto.com for assistance.
Can we have more than one person in our organisation have access to this portal?
Yes, if you would like another member of your team to have access to this portal, please email accounts@fonzmoto.com with their email address, name & position at your company. It may take up to two business days to send them an invitation to access this portal.
